摘要
根据地方应用型本科院校的发展要求,对目前发酵工程实验的教学内容、教学模式、教学管理、成绩考核等方面进行了改革,普遍提升了学生的实验动手能力、实验态度、分析问题和解决问题的能力以及创新能力等,学生满意度大为提升。
According to the requirements of the development of local application-oriented institutes,we reformed the content of course,teaching model and management,and assessment criteria of fermentation engineering experiment in Huaiyin Normal University. The teaching reform improved the students' experimental ability,experimental attitude, the abilities of analytical problems and resolution problems,and innovation ability. Student satisfaction was gready enhanced.
