System Construction and Guarantee Mechanism for Flipped Classroom of Dynamic Selection Characteristics

本文提出了可以根据学生自身条件动态选择自主学习模块的翻转课堂,将新型翻转课堂分为知识层、能力层和素质层,并从观念更新及评价指标等软环境和教学设备及反馈系统等硬环境两方面提出了翻转课堂顺利实施的保障机制。

Abstract：The flipped classroom of dynamic selection characteristics was proposed including knowledge level, ability level and quality level,then guarantee mechanisms were put forward which include soft environment,such as renewal of concept and evaluation index,and hard environment such as teaching equipment and feedback system.
