摘要
教学评价进入"发展性评价"时代,当前对教育评价的价值理念以及评价指标的选取存在较大争议。本文在回顾相关研究的基础上,对教学评价的价值理念和评价体系的原则、切入点和指标选取进行了讨论。观点是:大学教师教学评价要突出自由价值,并力图将实用价值与自由价值在指标体系设计中相统一;评价总体原则应该是动态的、全程的、系统的,指标体系可以由操作性评价指标与引导性评价构成。
Teaching evaluation is coming into the era of developmental evaluation. During the transition phrase, the values and index of teaching evaluation are still controversial. Based on literature review,the article discusses the values and evaluation system. The main views include that values of teaching evaluation should emphasize the values of freedom and integrate the freedom values and application values into index. Besides, the principle of evaluation should be dynamic, whole process and systematic and contained both maneuverable and guiding.
