"一带一路"是我国为顺应全球经济、政治和外交政策转变,兼顾国内外两个大局所做出的发展战略,有巨大的经济发展前景。四川省作为西部发展的战略腹地,"一带一路"重大战略部署为四川省经济对外开放创造了广阔的机遇,为其长远可持续发展奠定了基础。当下,纯外语类人才已不能满足社会发展的潮流,培养应用型、复合型的外语专业人才已成为当前外语人才培养的重中之重。

＂One Belt and One Road＂ project is a significant strategic disposition that China takes to adapt to the global changes of economy,politics and foreign policy,which is greatly promising in economic development.As an economic development hinterland Sichuan Province is,＂One Belt and One Broad＂ project offers broad opportunities to enhance export-oriented economy and lays a solid foundation of a sustainable development.Nowadays,the foreign language talents can＇t satisfy the needs of socioeconomic development.Training practical and inter-disciplinary talents have become the top priority.
