摘要
随着全球化的日益发展,大学英语教育的处境愈显尴尬,自2007年起始,新的一轮大学英语教学改革之后,大学英语教学的效果仍得不到大多数大学生的认可,大多数学生对大学英语教学仍然存在不满情绪。2015年,教育部高等学校大学外语教学指导委员会发布了《大学英语教学指南(征求意见稿)》,对新形势下大学英语教学的建设该指南起到了指导性的作用,并且在各高校制定大学英语教学大纲以及开展大学英语课程建设的工作中提供了重要的依据。
With the rapid development of globalization,the education of college English teaching is tramped in a awkward position.A new round of teaching reform has been started since 2007 and many college English educators and teachers have been devoted themselves to exploring the＇ outlet of the predicament.In 2015,Foreign Language Education Committee of Higher Schools announced the proposal of the guidelines of college English teaching.The guideline has given implications and suggestions of college English teaching and it also provides the foundations of course syllabus designing, curriculum construction as well as course evaluation.
