摘要
VTS系统主要对港口水域内的船舶进行管理。对于重点船舶,当船舶进入通航管理的重点水域时,不但要知道在哪儿,航速航向是多少,而且也需要对这类船舶进行现场全程监管,实现监控摄像机自动全程跟踪。本文提出一种综合考虑水位、船舶位置、长度、宽度、高度、吃水、航向、航速等多因素的CCTV对船舶跟踪监控方法。结果表明该方法可以实现CCTV对船舶的跟踪监控,并可以达到较好的监控效果。
