霉菌性阴道炎给予克霉唑阴道片联合酮康唑乳膏治疗的疗效观察

The curative effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablets combine with KCZ (ketoconazole) on the treatment of colpitis mycotica

目的探讨霉菌性阴道炎采用克霉唑阴道片联合酮康唑乳膏治疗的临床疗效。方法我院选择80例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,根据患者治疗方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各40例,给予对照组患者使用酮康唑乳膏+维生素C片治疗,给予观察组患者克霉唑阴道片联合酮康唑乳膏治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率95.0%与对照组77.5%相比明显较高(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后霉菌清除率95.0%与对照组75.0%相比明显较高(P<0.05);观察组患者疗后复发率0.0%与对照组15.0%相比明显较低(P<0.05)。结论霉菌性阴道炎采用克霉唑阴道片联合酮康唑乳膏治疗效果显著,能有效提升患者治疗效果,提高霉菌清除率,减少患者复发状况,且患者不良反应较少,治疗安全性高,可在临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and KCZ （ketoconazole） on the treatment of colpitis mycotica. Methods Eighty patients dinogsed with colpitis mycotica in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control groups and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given KCZ and vitamin C tablets treatment, while the observation group was given clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with KCZ treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 77.5% in control group （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the mold clearance rate was 95.0% in the observation, which was significantly higher than 75.0% in control group （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 0.0%, which was obviously lower than 15.0% in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and KCZ is remarkable, and can effectively improve patients mold clearance, reduce the recurrence of patients and with less adverse reaction, high safety, which can be popularized in clinical use.
