碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合妥布霉素地塞米松用于翼状胬肉术后的临床观察

Clinical observation of basic fibroblast growth factor combined with tobramycin dexamethasone after pterygium surgery

目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合妥布霉素地塞米松用于翼状胬肉术后的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的168例(168眼)行翼状胬肉手术的患者分为对照组和观察组,各84例。术后对照组患者给予妥布霉素地塞米松,观察组患者给予碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合妥布霉素地塞米松。比较两组患者术后角膜刺激症状、结膜瓣平均愈合时间及术后2年复发情况。结果观察组患者的角膜刺激症状发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的结膜瓣平均愈合时间及翼状胬肉术后2年复发情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合妥布霉素地塞米松用于翼状胬肉术后,可有效减轻患者的术后角膜刺激症状,减少结膜瓣愈合时间,预防翼状胬肉复发,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of basic fibroblast growth factor combined with tobramycin dexamethasone after pterygium surgery. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight cases （168 eyes） of patients with pterygium surgery admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group, with 84 cases in each group. The control group was given tobramycin dexamethasone after the surgery, while the observation group received basic fibroblast growth factor combined dexamethasone spleen. The corneal irritation, average healing time of conjunctival flap and the recurrence after 2 years were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of corneal irritation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the average healing time of conjunctival flap and recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Basic fibroblast growth factor combined dexamethasone spleen used for pterygium surgery can effectively alleviate the patient＇s postoperative corneal irritation, reduce healing time of conjunctival flap and prevent the recurrent of pterygium relapse. It is worth clinical popularization and application.
