多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者运用达英-35、维生素E联合治疗的效果观察

The clinical effect of Diane-35 combined with vitamin E in the treatment of infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome

目的研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者运用达英-35、维生素E联合治疗的临床效果。方法以164例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者单独应用达英-35治疗,研究组患者应用达英-35联合维生素E治疗,比较两组患者的激素水平变化及自然妊娠情况。结果两组患者治疗后的LH、T、LH/FSH比值均有明显的降低(P<0.05),FSH水平无显著变化(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的激素水平比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究组自然妊娠率(18.3%)高于对照组(7.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达英-35联合维生素E治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者,可以较好的改善患者的激素水平,提高自然妊娠率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Diane-35 combined with vitamin E for the infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods One hundred and sixty-four cases of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as the research objects, and divided into study group and control group. The control group was given single application of Diane-35, while the study group received Diane-35 combined with vitamin E. The hormone levels and natural pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of LH, T and LH/FSH of two groups significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, no significant changes in the level of FSH （P〉0.05）. After treatment, there were no significant changes in hormone levels between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The natural pregnancy rate of study group （18.3%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （7.3%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diane -35 combined with vitamin E in the treatment of infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome can improve the hormone levels and pregnancy rate for the patients.
