人性化护理应用在阑尾炎手术患者中的效果观察

The application effect of humanized nursing on patients with appendicitis surgery

目的探讨人性化护理应用于阑尾炎手术护理工作中的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的86例阑尾炎手术患者为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组患者接受常规手术护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上联合人性化护理服务,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度为95.3%,明显高于对照组的81.4%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率2.3%,显著低于对照组的11.6%(P<0.05)。结论针对阑尾炎手术患者,选择人性化护理能够取得良好效果,可提高患者的护理满意度,同时还能降低患者手术并发症发生率,有利于加速患者痊愈,值得在今后的阑尾炎手术护理工作中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of humanized nursing on patients with appendicitis surgery. Methods Eighty six cases of patients with appendicitis surgery treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the methods of care, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional surgery care, while the observation group received humanized nursing on the basis of conventional surgery care. The nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.3%, which was significantly higher than 81.4% of the control group （P〈 0.05）; the incidence of complication rate of observation group was 2.3%, which was significantly lower than 11.6% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humanized nursing for patients with appendicitis surgery has a significant clinical effect, which can improve the nursing satisfaction rate, reduce the incidence of complication and help patients to recovery, it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical.
