注水泵效率能耗影响因素与对策探讨

摘要 在油田开发过程中,注水开发工艺耗能较大,因此,不同的采油生产企业在油藏埋深加剧、找油越来越困难的情况下,都着手对注水泵站进行节能技术改造,以实现降耗增效的生产目标,提高生产效益。系统研究影响注水泵耗能的因素和不断改进的节能技术措施,提出了新形势下如何满足工艺需求,采取相应的技术改造措施,使注水泵站的节能效果更加显著。 In the process of oilfield development,water flooding process energy consumption is larger,therefore,different oil production enterprises,more difficult to find the depth of increasing oil and in case of oil reservoir,are embarked on energy-saving technological transformation of the water injection pump station,in order to achieve energy efficiency goal of production,improve production efficiency.Study on the factors influencing the system of water injection pump energy and the continuous improvement of energy-saving technical measures,put forward under the new situation,how to meet the process requirements,to take corresponding improvement technology,the energy saving effect of water injection pump station is more significant.
