摘要
使用HPLC法测定薏苡中各部位薏苡素的含量,测定部位分别是根、茎、叶、种。在检测中所用的色谱柱型号是C18phenomenex250×4.60mm 5 micron,高效液相色谱仪型号为LC2000;流动相是乙腈:0.1%磷酸水溶液(25∶75),流速设为0.743/min;色谱柱温度为30℃,检测器波长为232nm。测定结果显示,各部位薏苡素含量从大到小的依次是根>叶>种>茎,其中根的含量为46mg/100g,叶的含量为21mg/100g,种的含量为0.8mg/100g,茎的含量约为2mg/100g。因此,建议多以根、叶作为药用部位。
The determination of Coixol in each part that Coix lacryma-jobi L.var.mayuen Stapf by HPLC.The part of determination are root、stem、leaf and seed.The model of chromatographic column si C18phenomenex250×4.60mm 5 micron in detection,The model of high performance liquid chromatography is LC2000;Mobile phase is acetonitrile of 25%、water of 75% and in the water the phosphate solution of 0.1%,Flow rate is 0.7mL/min;The temperature of the chromatographic column is 30℃,The wave length of detector is 232nm.The consequence of determination show the content of Coixol is root>leaf>seed≈stem.and the content of root is 46mg/100g,the content of leaf is 21mg/100g,the content of seed is 0.8mg/100g,the content of stem is 2mg/100g.so I suggest root and leaf serve as medicine of Coix lacryma-jobi L.var.mayuen Stapf.
