针对井下作业3YC液压钳开口齿轮使用开口齿圈损坏频繁、不易修复等状况进行了分析和探讨,提出了相应的开口齿轮修复工艺,摸索出了一种易于修补、操作简单的3YC液压钳开口齿轮磨损齿面修复工艺。新的修复工艺方法的应用,提高了开口齿轮的重复利用率,降低了生产成本。
