摘要
针对井下作业3YC液压钳开口齿轮使用开口齿圈损坏频繁、不易修复等状况进行了分析和探讨,提出了相应的开口齿轮修复工艺,摸索出了一种易于修补、操作简单的3YC液压钳开口齿轮磨损齿面修复工艺。新的修复工艺方法的应用,提高了开口齿轮的重复利用率,降低了生产成本。
In view of the frequent damage and difficulty in repairing the open gears of 3YC hydraulic tongs,the corresponding open-gear repair technology is proposed and a 3YC hydraulic pressure that is easy to repair and easy to operate is worked out.Tooth Surface Repairing Technology of Wearing Gear with Opening.The application of the new repairing method improves the reusability of the open gear and reduces the production cost.
