摘要
以植物油为原料通过机械除杂过后,再利用物理方法在植物油中添加十六烷值和低碳醇使其达到柴油燃烧性能,得到的复配油称之为生物柴油。使用复配生物柴油在柴油机上燃烧发现,其产生积碳比较严重。合成一种新型有机抗积碳剂,添加到复配生物柴油中。积碳的测定方法以GB/509—1988方法来测定,结果表明新型抗积碳剂在积碳防治方面具有较优作用,有效降低积碳35.12%。
vegetable oil as raw material through after mechanical cleaning,re-use physical methods to add vegetable oils and lower alcohol to reach the cetane diesel combustion performance,resulting complex oil called biodiesel.Use complex found on biodiesel combustion diesel engine,which produces carbon more serious.Synthesis of a new organic anti-carbon deposition agent,added to the complex bio-diesel.Determination of carbon to GB/509-88 method to measure the results showed that the new anti-coking agent has a role in the prevention and treatment of optimum carbon,reduce carbon 35.12%.
