摘要
研究了发电机汽机辅机设备加装阀门的焊接工艺。对焊接性及安全性进行分析,制定修复工艺措施,焊接环境对焊缝成型的影响及防护办法,管对接纵口的焊接.根据此焊接工艺进行的焊接表明:此焊接工艺选择适当,焊接接头的力学性能、显微组织满足要求.可以保证工程要求的质量。
The welding process of valves for auxiliary equipment of generator steam turbine is studied.Welding and safety analysis, development of repair process measures,welding environment on the impact of weld formation and protection methods,tube docking vertical welding.Welding according to this welding process shows that:the welding process selection appropriate,welding joints mechanics Performance,microstructure to meet the requirements.Can guarantee the quality of the project requirements.
