Research on ERP Implementation and Application of Industrial Manufacturing Enterprise

随着国内外经济形势的多样化和复杂化,我国制造业在谋求产业经济转型发展时,面临着新的挑战与机遇。如何深入推进ERP的实施与应用,走协同生产、精益生产之路,助推信息化与工业化的"两化融合"已成为国内制造企业关注的焦点。针对我国制造企业应用ERP的现状进行调查研究,分析目前我国制造企业实施与应用ERP存在的问题,并从工业制造企业入手对ERP的有效实施进行策略研究。

With the diversification and complication of economic situation at home and abroad,China’s manufacturing industry is confronted with new challenges and opportunities in seeking the transformation and development of industrial economy.How to further promote the implementation and application of ERP,take the collaborative production,lean production of the road,boosting information technology and industrialization of the“integration of the two” has become the focus of domestic manufacturing enterprises. In this paper,the status quo of the application of ERP in China＇s manufacturing enterprises to investigate and analyze the current implementation of China＇s manufacturing enterprises and the application of ERP problems,and from the industrial manufacturing enterprises to proceed with the effective implementation of ERP strategy research.
