摘要
为了在封层施工中增大沥青与碎石的粘结面积与粘结牢度,提高封层质量,把沥青预裹覆碎石的相关试验及经验数据上升到理论计算层面,通过试验数据、理论计算相互参照并引入"当量球"的方法,确定碎石预裹覆时沥青的用量等。研究结果表明,单粒径碎石在容器内的空间性质非常接近球体在容器内的空间性质,单一粒径碎石的计算可以简化为按球体计算。
In order to improve the bonding capability between asphalt and gravel during the sealing construction and attain better quality, theoretical calculation was conducted on empirical data and related tests, based on which an equivalent sphere was introduced to determine the amount of asphalt for precoating the gravel. The results indicate that the spatial properties of gravel consisting of the same size of grain in the container are very close to those of the sphere, so the calculation can be simplified by considering it a sphere.
