摘要
为全面地研究高弹应力吸收带的路用性能,系统测试橡胶玛蹄脂的软化点、延度、弹性恢复等基本性能,并与增加玻纤布后形成的应力吸收带的相关性能进行对比,测试应力吸收及温度等因素对粘结性能和车辙性能的影响。研究结果表明:SBS掺量的增加可提高沥青材料的抗低温性能、耐热性能;在高掺量下,再提高SBS的掺量对沥青材料的老化性能没有明显的提高效果;增加玻纤布对玛蹄脂材料的抗低温性具有明显的改善作用;应力吸收带后铺筑厚度不宜超过5mm。
In order to study the pavement performance of stress absorption band with high elasticity, the softening point, ductility and elastic recovery performance of rubber mastic were tested, and were compared with those of stress absorption band with high elasticity. At the same time, adhesive properties and anti-rutting performance at different construction temperatures were tested for the stress absorption band. The results show that low temperature performance and heat resistance improve following the increase of SBS content; aging properties show no obvious improvement when the SBS content is high enough and continues to climb; increasing glass fiber cloth produces obvious effect on low temperature performance of rubber mastic; bonding performance of stress absorption band increases when construction temperature rises, and the band should not be thicker than 5 ram.
