摘要 提出一种基于自主式决策思想的场地平整施工机械方案综合评价方法,实现同一工程的不同施工机械方案在评价过程中自主提升自身优势、降低对手优势进行竞争。应用具体的算例对其适用情况和评价结果进行分析,并结合工程需要运用层次分析法对该评价法进行改进。改进前后的评价结果对比表明,改进自主式评价法体现了评估对象的自主性,在保证了评价结果的公正性和有效性的同时,也满足了决策者的要求。 A method based on autonomous decision-making for comprehensive evaluation of machinery configuration scheme for field leveling was proposed. Different schemes suitable for the project compete fairly by improving its own advantages and reducing the opponents'. Through a specific example, the applicability of the method and the evaluation result were tested. While in order to meet the requirements of practical conditions and policy makers, the autonomous evaluation method was improved by integrating the advantages of AHP. The comparison of the evaluation results of original method and the improved one shows that the latter reflects the autonomous action of evaluated objects, and both fairness and effectiveness of the evaluation results can be ensured. Meanwhile, the requirements of policy makers are satisfied.
