县级医院医院感染现患率调查分析 被引量:4

Investigation and analysis of prevalence rate of nosocomial infections in county-level hospitals

摘要 目的了解住院患者医院感染现状、发生情况与影响因素,为制定医院感染的预防措施和今后的调查方案提供依据。方法采用翻阅病历和床旁调查相结合,对医院2012-2014年住院患者医院感染现状进行调查。结果三年医院感染现患率分别为0.22%、1.15%、1.41%,社区感染率分别为3.74%、19.27%、17.27%,治疗用药病原菌送检率分别为39.00%、16.28%、12.05%;检出阳性率分别为17.82%、12.68%、6.67%。结论县级医院现患率调查医院感染率较低,社区感染率较高,住院患者标本送检率很重要,现患率调查在县级以上医院实施意义大于县级以下医院。 OBJECTIVE To understand the current status and prevalence rate of nosocomial infections in hospitalized patients and analyze the influencing factors so as to formulate the prevention measures for the nosocomial infections and provide evidence for the future investigation .METHODS By means of review of medical records combined with bedside investigation ,the prevalence rate of nosocomial infections was investigated for the patients who were hos‐pitalized from 2012 to 2014 .RESULTS The prevalence rate of nosocomial infections was 0 .22% in 2012 ,1 .15% in 2013 ,1 .41% in 2014 ;the incidence of community‐acquired infections was 3 .74% in 2012 ,19 .27% in 2013 , 17 .27% in 2014 ;the submission rate of pathogens for drug therapy was 39 .00% in 2012 ,16 .28% in 2013 ,12 . 05% in 2014 ;the positive rate of detection was 17 .82% in 2012 ,12 .68% in 2013 ,6 .67% in 2014 .CONCLUSION The prevalence rate of nosocomial infections is relatively low in the county‐level hospitals ,while the incidence of community‐acquired infections is relatively high .The submission rate of specimens of the hospitalized patients is very important .The significance of investigation of the prevalence rate is greater in the above county‐level hospi‐tals than in the below county‐level hospitals .
