床旁支气管镜不同预处理效果的研究和探讨 被引量:5

Effects of different procedures on pretreatment of bedside bronchoscopes

摘要 目的探讨生物膜特效清洁巾对术后支气管镜表面微生物的清除效果。方法 60条术后支气管镜随机分成A、B组,A组立即表面擦拭,B组24小时后表面擦拭,A、B各随机分组(A1、A2、B1、B2),A1、B1组去生物膜清洁巾擦拭,A2、B2组湿沙布擦拭,通过菌落计数法和ATP荧光法检测处理后内镜表面微生物残留。结果菌落计数法显示术后立即使用去生物膜清洁巾和湿沙布处理的微生物残留率分别为4.80%和14.48%(P<0.01),ATP荧光法显示残留率分别为和7.55%和24.00%(P<0.01);菌落计数法显示术后24小时使用去生物膜清洁巾和湿沙布处理的微生物残留率分别为6.00%和37.12%(P<0.01),ATP荧光法显示残留率分别为7.92%和28.37%(P<0.01)。结论术后支气管镜用去生物膜清洁巾处理效果明显优于湿沙布擦拭。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of biofilm special effect cleaning towel on removal of microorganisms on surfaces of bronchoscopes after surgery .METHODS A total of 60 postoperative bronchoscopes were randomly divided into the group A and the group B;the bronchoscopes in the group A were wiped immediately ,while the bronchoscopes in the group B were wiped 24 hours later ;the group A was grouped to group A1 and group A2 , and the group B was grouped to group B1 and group B2 .The bronchoscopes in the group A1 and B1 were wiped with biofilm‐removing cleaning towel ,while the bronchoscopes in the group A2 and B2 were wiped with wet gauze .The microbial residues on the surfaces of bronchoscopes were detected by means of bacterial colony counts method and ATP fluorescence method after the pretreatment .RESULTS The bacterial colony count method showed that the rate of microbial residues was 4 .80% by using the biofilm‐removing cleaning towel immediately after the surgery ,14 .48% by using the wet gauze (P〈0 .01) .The ATP fluorescence method revealed that the rates of mi‐crobial residues were 7 .55% and 24 .00% ,respectively (P〈0 .01) .The bacterial colony count method showed that the rate of microbial residues was 6 .00% by using the biofilm-removing cleaning towel after the surgery for 24 hours ,37 .12% by using the wet gauze (P〈0 .01) .The ATP fluorescence method indicated that the rates of microbial residues were 7 .92% and 28 .37% ,respectively (P〈0 .01) .CONCLUSION The biofilm‐removing clean‐ing towel is superior to the wet gauze in pretreatment of the bronchoscopes after the surgery .
