艰难梭菌感染的流行病学和疾病负担研究进展

Progress of study on epidemiology and disease burden of Clostridium difficile infection

近年来艰难梭菌感染(CDI)率不断上升,CDI已经成为全球性的健康问题。目前我国仍没有关于艰难梭菌感染的大型流行病学调查数据。本研究根据国内外的相关文献报道,综述不同人群CDI的流行情况及其引起的疾病负担。分析表明不同人群CDI流行情况有差异,65岁以上人群是主要的感染人群,而抗菌药物滥用是CDI感染主要的风险因素。另一方面,CDI可导致患者住院时间延长、死亡率增加以及医疗负担加重。因此,早期认识和监测CDI流行病学变化情况对临床诊疗和减轻疾病负担具有重要的意义。

OBJECTIVE The incidence of Clostridium dif f icile infection has been increasing in recent years ,and the C .dif ficile infection has become a global health problem .The large‐scale epidemiological survey data for C . dif f icile infection remained absent in China at present .This study is based on the reports of related literatures at home or abroad and briefly describes the prevalence of C .difficile infection among different populations and the disease burden.The study manifests that the prevalence of C.difficile infection variesamong the different popu‐lations ,the population aged more than 65 years old was dominant ,and the abuse of antibiotics is the major risk factor for the C .difficile infection .On the other hand ,the C .difficile infection may lead to the extension of hospitalization duration ,increase of mortality rate ,and deterioration of medical burden .Therefore ,it is of great significance to understand and monitor the change of epidemiology of C .difficile infection in early stage so as to facilitate the clinical treatment and reduce the disease burden .
