自升式平台圆柱型桩腿精度控制研究

摘要 桩腿是自升式平台最关键的结构之一,由于其结构复杂、尺寸大、精度高、材质特殊、使用风险高,因此桩腿建造技术已经成为自升式平台建造的核心.以胜利作业新三平台桩腿建造为例,结合以往三座平台的成功建造经验,分别从筒体预制、内部构件安装、齿条预制及安装、桩腿合拢这四个主要建造工序,分别研究了精度控制的措施,既保证了最终的尺寸精度满足设计要求,又提高了施工效率. Construction of pile leg of a jack-up platform is a key technology because of its complex structure, large size, high precision, special material and high risk. With reference to the successful construction experience of previous platforms and with respect to current legs construction, four main construction processes i. e. preformation of the tube, installation of internal components, prefabrication and installation of the rack, and folding legs are described respectively. Control measures of precision are investigated, to ensure final dimensional accuracy, meet the design requirements and improve the efficiency of construction.
