摘要
为节省海洋石油201船在带航期间支付存储托管架租用场地(或驳船)的费用,论文研究分析了将托管架固定在201船自身甲板的方案,实地测量了现场并进行三维模拟,并对比分析了将托管架部分构件拆分及整体固定的两个方案.为不影响201船的机动灵活性,使201船可以快速投入到海管项目(或结构项目),确定了通过改造部分甲板滚轮布置、设计特殊工装,实现采用将第一节托管架安装到船尾,第二、三节托管架及搁架整体固定于201船自身甲板的方案.最后,进行了固定设计方案的强度计算校核,校核结果满足要求.该方案设计合理,技术可行;现已成功应用,并取得了良好的实施效果.
In order to cut back on money on rent of the dock or barge for storing HYSY201 stinger, this paper introduces a plan to store the stinger on the deck of HYSY201 itself. Field measurement and 3D simulation is performed,and two sea-fastening plans are analyzed. Several pipe transport rollers on the deck are modified and special supporting structures are designed. First section of the stinger can be mounted on the stern, with the second and third ones and the stinger supporting structure on the deck. It is shown that the plan is reasonable and feasible, and has had good application effect on the projects.
