高压采气平台柴油系统设计及关键设备选型

摘要 柴油系统作为海上平台重要的公用设施,合理的设计是保证其正常使用的前提.本文以东海某高压采气平台为例,对柴油系统的主工艺流程设计过程及注意事项等进行了介绍,还重点对10000psi高压丼用系统中的丼用泵、安全阀、减压装置、DBB阀、可拆卸连接硬管等关键高压设备的设计标准选取、设备选型及习惯做法进行了重点论述,为类似项目提供参考. Diesel system is an important utility, whose reasonable design is the prerequisite to ensure the normal production of the platform. In this paper, some high-pressure natural gas platforms in the East China Sea are taken as examples, for which the design process and key points for attention in the main process flow of the diesel system are introduced. The design criteria, selection of equipment, safety valves, device for reducing pressure, DBB valve, well service pumps detachable connected rigid pipes and other high-pressure equipments in the 10000psi high-pressure well service system are introduced in detail to provide a reference for the similar projects.
