摘要
随着船舶工业的发展,海洋石油水下多功能工程船对焊缝的要求越来越高.在对接焊缝超声波探伤中,荧屏上常会出现一些影响缺陷判别的干扰回波(如焊角回波、斜探头扩散角回波等),但只要仔细观察焊缝结构形式、焊接工艺、表面状况,认真分析反射条件,这些伪缺陷波是可以辨认的.
In butt weld ultrasonic inspection,there usually are some disturbing echoes affecting defect detection on the screen,such as fillet echo and angle probe diffusion echo. The weld structure, welding technology and surface condition should be observed carefully, with reflection conditions seriously analyzed. Then the pseudo-defect wave is recognizable.
