Comparative Analysis of Whole Frame Living Quarter and Modular Living Quarter

传统生活楼设计形式为整体框架式,而模块化生活楼为单个箱体独立建造、灵活组合;两种生活楼在设计方法、建造方式和安装调试方式等方面各有优劣,在不同类型的平台上可以发挥各自优势加以选用,以期实现整个油田最优化的投资收益.论文以100人生活楼为例,主要从舾装角度入手,结合水电暖通及结构专业设计内容,对整体式生活楼和模块化生活楼进行对比分析,为平台生活楼设计形式的选择提供初步的参考依据.

The design form of the traditional living quarter is the integral frame type, while the modular living quarter design form is independent construction of single box body, which could be flexible combination. There are many differences between the two kinds of living quarter in the design methods, construction methods and installation and debugging methods. We can use the advantages of both, for different types of platforms,in order to achieve the optimization of the investment income of the whole oilfield. This article mainly from the perspective of outfitting combined with electrical, hydropower, HVAC and structure design, gives a comparative analysis of the integral living quarter and modular living quarter, and provides preliminary reference for the choice of the form of living quarter design.
