摘要
牺牲阳极阴极保护是一种技术含量高、成本低廉且施工方便的电化学保护技术,已广泛应用于海底管道的防腐保护,并起到了重要作用.简单阐述了牺牲阳极阴极保护的基本原理和设计概念,并以南海海底典型管道铺设项目为例,详细介绍了海底管道阳极的应用环境,设计过程,化学成份要求,电化学性质要求,典型结构形式,制造施工方法以及质量检验要求.
Sacrificed anode cathodic protection,as an electrochemical protection technology,is widely used in corrosion control of subsea pipeline. Theory and concept of the technology are introduced. Taking a typical project as an example,the application environment,design scheme,chemical composition, electrochemical characters, structure,construction and inspection of quality are introduced.
