摘要
水文气象设计参数是海洋工程设计的基础,台风条件下的风速、波高和流速是水文气象设计参数的研究基础.1409号台风“威马逊”是近年来南海最强的一次超强台风,且正面穿过了南海某油田海域,期间产生的30分钟风速达47.45m/s,有效波高达12m,表层流速达230cm/s.论文通过数值后报模拟了“威马逊”的台风过程,评估其在该油田海区的台风强度,并通过分析修正了该海区风、浪、流的设计参数.本文的研究结果为海洋工程设计提供了参考.
Meteorological and hydrological design parameters are the foundation of marine engineering design. Wind speed, wave height and current speed in the typhoon condition are basic elements for calculating the metocean extreme value. The No.1409 typhoon “ Rammasun” is the strongest super typhoon and hit an oil field from front in the South China Sea, when the wind speed in 30 minutes reaches 47.45m/ s, significant wave height reaches 12m,and the speed of the surface current reaches 2 3 0cm/ s. In this paper, the wind, wave and current caused by Rammasun are numerically simulated. Then intensity of the typhoon in the oil field is evaluated. Finally, the design parameters of wind speed, wave height, and current speed in the oil field are revised. The results of this paper can be applied to the design of marine engineering.
