摘要
储罐在静置过程中,由于轻馏分的挥发造成蒸发损耗,不仅造成油品品质下降,还造成了潜在的火灾、爆炸源.论文介绍了油品蒸发损耗的原因并结合埕岛油田某中心平台流程中现用2000m^3储罐的实际情况,利用HYSYS软件模拟储罐蒸发损耗值,得到减少储罐蒸发损耗值的控制措施.
In the static process, the evaporation loss will cause not only the decline of the oil quality, but also potential fire and explosion. In this paper, we introduce the cause of oil evaporation loss in a tank with capacity of 2000m^3, that is located at the central platform in Chengdao Oilfield, and use software HYSYS to simulate the evaporation loss in the storage tank. Some effective control measures of reducing the evaporation loss in the storage tank are proposed.
