摘要
海洋石油平台的建造过程产生大量的用料料单数据,这些历史的建造数据经过处理与分析之后产生的结果,对新平台的投标报价工作有一定的指导作用.本文基于渤海海域、东海海域及南海东部海域的18座平台典型上部组块的建造料单数据,采用比例计算、回归分析等数据分析方法,研究配管专业的各个子类之间及与平台相关参数之间的关系,产生相关的统计分析结果和回归分析模型.
A large amount of bills of material will be generated during the construction of the offshore oil platform. Analysis of historical data will provide some guidance for bidding a new platform. The data referenced in this paper come from 18 copies of typical topside material bills. Proportional calculation, regression analysis and data analysis methods are applied to research the relation between the pipe and the platform-dependent parameters and the relation between various sub-professional categories,and to produce relevant statistical analysis and regression analysis model.
