摘要 熔喷非织造布是非织造材料生产技术中发展较快的一种,在国内外被誉为是流程最短的聚合物一步法生产工艺。其产品具有纤维超细、柔软、过滤阻力小、过滤效率高和纤维自身粘合缠结等许多明显的优点。近年来,其在医卫防护、过滤、吸油、吸音、保暖以及电池隔膜等领域得到了广泛应用。本文简要介绍了熔喷非织造工艺原理和原料,重点综述了熔喷非织造材料在过滤领域的应用进展,并对未来熔喷非织造材料的开发进行了展望。 Melt-blown nonwoven technology is one of the nonwoven production technologies that develop fast and it is known as the shortest polymer one-step process both at home and abroad. The products resulted from this technology have many distinguished advantages such as superfine fiber, soft, low resistance to filtration, high filtration efficiency and good self-bonding and -interlacing of the fibers. In recent years, these products have been widely used in the fields of medical & hygienic protection; filtration; oil-absorption, sound insulation, thermal insulation and battery separator. This paper briefly introduced the principle of melt- blown nonwoven process and related raw materials, summarized the progress achieved in using melt-blown nonwoven materials for filtration and forecast the future development of melt-blown nonwoven materials.
