摘要
分析陶瓷球坯现有模压成形工艺存在的模冲球窝深度浅、球坯环带大等不足,对压制模具进行优化改进,为便于脱模和提高陶瓷球坯的成品率,设计了脱模顶出机构,加大了上下模冲的球窝深度,使模压陶瓷球坯环带的宽度更窄,减小了陶瓷球坯的修磨量,提高了陶瓷球的性能和质量。
Preparation technology has been optimized in order to accomplish the purpose of near - net forming of green compact by die pressing. Mould is designed for the purpose of narrowing of toroidal strip in the central section. The results showed that trimming of green compact ball could be greatly reduced. Production cost could be decreased while quality and performance of ceramic balls could be improved.
