介绍了Y9030D型通用圆度测量仪的整体结构和工作原理,从机械、电气、软件3个方面分析关键技术的设计思路和解决方案,其应用的多项先进技术,如精密主轴、调心调平工作台、精密直线导轨、驱动电动机、信号调理电路、运动控制以及Lab Windows/CVI开发软件等,均可广泛应用于精密零部件测量仪器的设计之中。
The paper introduces the whole structure and working principle of the instrument, mainly introducing the design ideas and solutions of key technology from mechanical, electrical, software aspect, many advanced technologies is applied in the instrument, such as precision spindle, the centering and leveling worktable, precision linear guide, driver, signal conditioning circuit, motion control, LabWindows/CVI software which based on virtual instrument technology, etc. , which can be widely used in the design of precision parts measuring instrument.
