摘要
针对汽车变速器同步器的试验要求,阐述了同步器试验台机械系统和测控系统的设计方法。其中测控系统采用虚拟仪器技术和OPC通信技术结合PLC实现对气动机械手的控制和各路传感器信号的高速并行采集。最后给出同步器的试验结果并对其进行分析。
According to the test requirements of vehicle transmission synchronizer, the design method of synchronous test - bed mechanical system and measurement and control system is explained. The measurement and control system use virtual instrument technology and OPC communication tech- nology combined with PLC to realize control of the manipulator and high - speed parallel each sensor signal acquisition. Finally synchronous test results is given and analyzed.
