舒芬太尼与地佐辛在经腹全子宫切除术中对牵拉反应的抑制作用比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索地佐辛与舒芬太尼对减轻全子宫切除术中牵拉反应的效果。方法选择择期进行全子宫切除术的患者75例,所有患者采用随机双盲对照法,按照采用防治药物不同分为舒芬太尼组,低剂量地佐辛组及高剂量地佐辛组,每组25例。切皮前分别给予3组患者不同药物,并对3个时间点[给药前(T1),给药15 min(T2)和探查子宫时(T3)]的Rasmay评分、VAS评分、血流动力学指标及不良反应进行分析。结果低剂量地佐辛组在T2以及T3的Ramsay评分低于舒芬太尼组,而VAS评分则高于舒芬太尼组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而组间平均动脉压、心率以及血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);舒芬太尼组发生呼吸抑制10例,恶心3例;低剂量地佐辛组无1例出现不良反应;高剂量地佐辛组出现恶心和呼吸抑制各1例;牵拉反应方面,低剂量地佐辛组与舒芬太尼组和高剂量地佐辛组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而高剂量地佐辛组与舒芬太尼组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地佐辛与舒芬太尼在减轻全子宫切除术牵拉反应中的作用相当,但地佐辛不良反应的发生率更少。
