摘要
目的:建立利用扫描电镜/能谱仪检验热敏纸的分析检验方法。方法:利用扫描电镜/能谱仪,对收集到的49个不同的热敏纸样品进行检验。结果:依据热敏纸样品的扫描电镜图以及样品中所含元素的种类及含量的不同,对热敏纸样品进行区分。结论:该方法操作简便快速、结果准确可靠,且无损检材,可用于区分检验热敏纸物证。
Objective： to establish a method for the discrimination of thermal paper by SEM/EDS. Method： with SEM/EDS, 49 different samples of thermal paper were discriminated. Result： the thermal paper samples can be discriminated according to the SEM images and the varieties and contents of elements in the samples. Conclusion： this method is simple, rapid, accurate, and nondestructive to samples and can be used for discriminating material evidence of thermal paper.
