大学生在校经历对职业发展影响的调查研究

Study of the Effect of College Students' School Experiences on Their Career Development

采用结构化访谈法对326名具有丰富工作经验的已毕业大学生实施调查,请他们根据职场经验重新审视在校经历。运用主题分析和文本编码的方法对访谈资料进行分析,结果发现制定明确的职业目标、与周围人维持良好的人脉关系、有针对性的实习、认真学习取得良好成绩、参加社会实践是他们认为最重要的前5项在校经历。为人处事的能力、学习能力、沟通能力等是需要持续培养的重要素质。

In order to reveal the relationship between experience in campus and career development,326 graduates with rich work experience were asked to reconsider about their experience in campus based on their career development. The data of the structured interview were analyzed with thematic analysis and text coding methods. The results indicate that setting specific career goals,maintaining good relationship with others,targeted internship,studying hard and participating in social practice were categorized as the top 5 crucial types of experience in campus. Furthermore,social skills,learning skills and communication skills are considered as essential qualities that need to pay continuous attention to.
