摘要
推进内涵式发展,着力提升教育质量是高等教育的重中之重。提升大学生综合素质及人文素养是提高大学教育质量的重要一环,而大学英语教师肩负着这一重要使命。内涵式发展要求教师对自身的角色定位以及教学模式要有全新的认识,不能秉持传统理念不放。本文从大学英语教师信念体系的理论层面入手,为新形势下教师信念的重构提供有益的启示。
One of the tasks for college English teachers is to promote their students' comprehensive qualities and humanistic attainments because it is an important part of the top priority of higher education to improve educational quality through a connotative developmental strategy. Such a developmental mode requires that a teacher shall have a wholly new insight into his or her role and teaching mode instead of those conventional ideas. Through a discussion on the theories of the belief system of college English teachers,the paper provided some enlightenment for the reconstruction of teachers' belief under the new situation.
