科技成果转化对策研究——以安徽省为例

A Study on the Strategies concerning the Transformation of Scientific Achievements into Actual Productivity——with Anhui Province as an Example

我国在"十二五"期间坚持把促进科技成果转化为现实生产力作为主攻方向,在把握科技成果转化的客观规律基础上,紧密结合科研攻关与市场开发,推动资本与技术等要素的结合。今年是"十三五"规划的开局之年,科技成果转化不断优化,产业化环境有了明显改善,但是有些地区科技成果转化仍然存在一些问题,以安徽省为例来分析科技成果转化存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。

During the past 12^th Five-year Plan period,transformation of scientific achievements into actual productivity was always a focus of China. It required that scientific research had to be integrated closely with market development,i. e.,the factors like capital and technology should have to be integrated with each other,on the basis of a clear understanding on the laws of such transformation. The year of 2016,the very beginning of the 13^th Five-year Plan period,has also witnessed the optimization of the transformation and an obvious improvement of environment for industrialization. However,It has to be pointed out that there are still some problems in the field in certain areas. To solve these problems,the paper took Anhui Province for example in the analysis and proposed relevant strategies.
