摘要
基于建构主义学习理论,采用"翻转教学"理念对大学生职业生涯发展与规划课进行教学内容和情境设计,通过实践教学对教学结果进行评价分析,证实"翻转教学"对提高学生自主学习能力和教学效果起到积极作用,并分析该教学模式存在的不足及其启示。
The paper elaborated a practical study on the design of teaching materials and contexts for the course of College Students Career Development and Planning guided by the idea of " Flipped Teaching " based on constructivist theories on learning. A subsequent analysis over the result of practical teaching proved that " Flipped Teaching" is a positive factor for the improvement of learners' autonomous learning and teaching effects. In the final part,an analysis was made over the defects of the teaching mode as well as the enlightenment for researchers.
