摘要
地方本科院校成功转型为应用技术型大学,最重要的一个环节就是师资,而提高教师的实践能力成为应用技术型大学发展的一大重点和难点。应用技术大学教师实践能力具有实践性、创新性、稳定性、积极能动性、明确的目的性等特征,促进应用技术大学教师实践能力发展,要建立职业资格的准入机制,开展大学教师实践培训,深化校企合作,拓展培育途径;改革教师考评管理制度,加强师资队伍建设。
For the successful transformation of local colleges to application-oriented universities, one of the most important aspects is teacher. So improving teachers' practical ability is becoming a difficult key for the development of application-oriented universities.
