摘要 二次再热技术因其较高的热效率和较低的污染物排放,正获得越来越广泛的应用。国内目前投运的二次再热机组数量较少,针对新机组的蒸汽吹管工艺尚无成熟经验。以华能莱芜电厂二次再热超超临界1 000 MW塔式锅炉为研究对象,在传统"一段吹管、二段吹管"方法的基础上,结合大容量超超临界塔式炉受热面布置实际,提出了"三阶段降压法"蒸汽吹管工艺。实际靶板检验结果表明,斑痕数分别为5点、3点,斑痕粒径均小于0.8 mm,完全符合国家规范要求,吹洗质量优良。 Double reheat technology is used more and more widely tbr its high thermal efficiency & low pollutant emission. Cun'ently, the number of double reheat units being put into operation are relatively few, and there is no mature experience in domestic. Taking the secondary reheat uhra-supercritical 1 000 MW unit in Huaneng Laiwu Power Plant as the research object, combined with the heating surface an'angement of uhra-supereritical tower type boiler with large capacity,three-section steam purging using pressure- reduction steam is put forward based on the traditional one-section & two-section steam purging method. The results of tarhet. The results of target plate test show that the diameter of flushed spot is smaller than 0.8 ram, and the number of the spots is 5 and 3 respectively. Therefore, the steam purging quality can meet the requirements of national codes.
