摘要
介绍了FDM技术原理及特点,着重从FDM的前中后三个过程可能产生的误差对FDM技术成型的尺寸精度、形状精度和表面粗糙度的影响进行了分析,并针对各因素的影响,给出了提高FDM质量的方法。
It introduces the principle and characteristic of FDM technology,the influence of dimensional accuracy,the shape precision and surface roughness about the possible error emphatically from the FDM in the three process are analyzed.According to She influence of various factors,it presents a method to improve the quality of FDM.
