摘要
社会的进步和医患关系的紧张急需解决方案,共情在缓解医患关系中的重要作用已被广大医务人员认可,医学生共情能力的培养也引起了人们的重视。医学生共情能力培养方案和评价体系尚不成熟,本文通过对现有医学生共情能力培养方案及评价体系的分析,提出完善措施,为医学生共情能力培养方案和评价体系的完善提供参考依据。
Due to social progress and the tense doctor-patient relationship which in need of solution, and the important role of empathy ability in alleviate the doctor-patient relationship has been recognized by the broad masses of medical workers, the cultivation of medical student's empathy ability draw people's attention. The cultivation method and evaluation system of medical student's empathy ability is not yet mature. Based on the analysis of cultivation method and evaluation system of medical student's empathy ability, the thesis put forward several improvement solutions. The solutions have benefits to the cultivation method and evaluation system of medical student's empathy ability.
