在高校向应用型转变的大背景下,传统的实验教学模式已经无法满足社会不断发展对人才的需求,必须进行教学改革。本文以光纤通信实验为例,对实验教学模式和课程体系进行了分析研究,对人才培养方向定位、师资培养、教学方法、教学内容和考核机制提出了改革方案,完善实验教学体系,培养实践能力强的应用型人才。
