摘要
在高校向应用型转变的大背景下,传统的实验教学模式已经无法满足社会不断发展对人才的需求,必须进行教学改革。本文以光纤通信实验为例,对实验教学模式和课程体系进行了分析研究,对人才培养方向定位、师资培养、教学方法、教学内容和考核机制提出了改革方案,完善实验教学体系,培养实践能力强的应用型人才。
Under the background of the application type transformation in Colleges,the traditional experimental teaching mode has been unable to meet the needs of social development for talents, and the teaching reform must be carried out. The paper Sakes optical fiber communication experiment as an example, analyzes the experimental teaching mode and curriculum system, puts forward the reform plan of the orientation to talents cultivation , teacher training,teaching methods, teaching content and assessment mechanism, perfect the experimental teaching system, and cultivate practical talents with strong practical ability.
