摘要
小区道路是否开放是当今的一个热点问题。本文建立了一个基本城市道路交通模型,对小区道路开放对道路通行能力的影响进行了评价,得出了开放小区道路一般会对通行能力起正面影响的结论。
Whether the road of the community is open is a hot issue today.This paper establishes a basic urban road traffic model, and evaluates the effect of the opening of the road traffic capacity of the residential district.It is concluded that the open cell road will have a positive effect on the traffic capacity.
