农业高校师生最关注问题调查

Investigation on the Problem of Teachers and Students in Agricultural Colleges and Universities

现在大学教师和学生之间交流比较少,会影响教育目标的实现。为了增加师生之间的相互了解,同时为高校教学的改进提供参考,作者通过问卷方式对河南农业大学在校大学生和教师最关注的问题进行了调查。结果显示:大学生最关注的方面是:学习、就业和考研;教师对学生最关注的方面是:学习、课余安排、就业趋向、思想状况、人生态度和道德修养;大学生对教师最关注的问题是:科研与教学。

Now between university teachers and students exchanges is relatively small,the realization of educationalobjectives. In order to increx^e the mutual understanding between teachers and students,also for the improvement ofteaching in Colleges and universities provide a reference author,by the means of questionnaire of Henan AgriculturalUniversity Students and teachers the most concerns were investigated. Results show：college students are most concernedabout is：learning, employment and the exams for postgraduate schools;teachers of students are most concerned about is：learning,after-school arrangements,enaployment trends,state of mind,life attitude and moral cultivation;College ofteachers pay more attention to the problem is：scientific research and teaching.
