摘要
本文系统地解读了"双师型"教师的真正内涵,深入地分析了江苏省高职院校"双师型"师资队伍发展现状,详细地剖析了"双师型"教师队伍建设中存在的问题,明确提出了四条宏观建设途径和三条具体建设措施。
The real connotation of dual-qualification teachers was systematically explained,the developing situationof dual-qualification teaching staff in Jiangsu Province vocational colleges was deeply analyzed,the problems ofdual-qualification teaching staff construction were dissected and four macro construction ways and three concreteconstruction measures were proposed in this paper.
