摘要
随着高等教育的发展,青年教师已成为高校教学与科研的主力军。青年教师的成长,既关系教师自身职业生涯也关系到高校的整体发展。本文从职业素养、教学能力、工程实践、科研等四个方面详细阐述了如何成为一名合格的高校青年教师。
With the expansion of higher education,young teachers have become the main force of teaching andresearch in colleges and universities.The growth of young teachers is not only related to the teachers＇professional career,but also to the overall development of the university.This paper focused on how to grow into a qualified teacher fromthe four aspects such as professional qualities, teaching ability, engineering experience and research capacity.
